Bookings
Availability and prices shown on the website may change until a booking is completed. A booking is confirmed when Infinite Grace records the required payment or when authorised staff confirms the reservation.
Guest information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, guest and stay information. Occupancy must not exceed the stated capacity of the apartment without prior approval.
Payments
Payments must be made only through the payment details or checkout presented by Infinite Grace. If a payment arrives after a booking hold has expired or after dates have become unavailable, it may require manual review before the stay can be confirmed.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Any cancellation, date-change or refund conditions applicable to a reservation will be communicated with the booking or by the team. Contact us promptly if your plans change so the applicable terms can be reviewed.
